REO Logistics maintains a quality assurance staff which reports directly to our company President.
We utilize a performance management system to monitor productivity, internal and external activity issues, safety effectiveness, customer issues, and other events that can affect performance.
Our system enables consistent communications regarding day-to-day business operations. If any performance situation develops, facility management systems require the forwarding of documentation to a responsible party for review and/or corrective actions including root cause analysis and corrective actions. Periodic follow-up reviews assess and adjust the corrective actions taken.
Employee reviews are directly tied to quality performance. These performance reviews, and an award program for safety and customer service excellence reinforce that quality is everyone’s responsibility, and individual accountability will be rewarded.
