Allied
Realty was founded in 1922 and it is a third generation family
owned business. Its holdings include the commercial buildings
on the south side of 3rd Avenue from 8th to 9th streets in downtown
Huntington, West Virginia, Allied Transportation Services, Allied
Warehousing Services, and REO Distribution Services. Allied
Realty's management and owners also control a number of related
companies including Allied Processing Services, which repackages
and processes chemicals, including pharmaceuticals and hazardous
materials and NALOP Realty, Lewpol Company, Kenova Warehouse
Company, Nitro Management Company, Solutions Way Management,
LLC and Valley Pike Management. Together, these companies own
over 1.5 million square feet of manufacturing, warehousing and
office space in West Virginia, Virginia and Kentucky. The companies
generate approximately $20 million in annual revenue and currently
employ 150 people.
